For us, protecting your personal data is not merely a compliance obligation but a precondition of trust. This page summarises what data we process, why we process it and what rights you have.
In Brief
Bitaş Mühendislik Mimarlık İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the “Company”) acts as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
This website contains no data-collecting form, uses no cookies and runs no analytics tool that tracks visitor behaviour. Accordingly, there is no cookie consent banner on the site.
What data is processed
Server logs (IP address, time of access, page requested, browser information) and — only where you contact us by e-mail or telephone — your name, contact details and the content of your request.
Why it is processed
To maintain the security of the site, to resolve technical faults and to respond to the requests you send us. It is not used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.
Who it is shared with
The suppliers from which we receive hosting and technical support services; the OpenStreetMap Foundation, in respect of the IP address, when the map on the contact section is displayed; and the competent public authorities where legally required. It is not shared or sold otherwise.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request its correction or erasure, and to claim compensation for damage.

Applications
To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, complete the Application Form and submit it by one of the methods below. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Where the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
- In wet-signed form, delivered by hand or by post to the registered office address,
- Through the registered electronic mail (KEP) address,
- Using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
- By e-mail.
